Megaformer
Our 50-minute Megaformer class is a full-body, low-impact workout of total-body, compound movements that raise heart rate and build strength through spring-based resistance. We stick to the method: expect authentic Lagree exercises with proper tempo, effective sequencing, and cueing.
You’ll work to controlled muscular fatigue while improving neuromuscular coordination, core stabilization, alignment, and joint integrity. Slow, precise reps engage deep and superficial muscles, promoting balance, body awareness, and injury prevention.

Climb
Climb is a 30-minute class on the VersaClimber designed to deliver efficient, effective cardio in a low impact format.
By working the upper and lower body simultaneously, the workout has been shown to be more cardiovascularly efficient than running or rowing. The vertical climbing pattern targets large anti-gravity muscles and activates the core, including the spinal stabilizers, making it perfect for training in both life and sport.
You’ll climb to the rhythm through guided intervals, building cardiovascular endurance, strength, and coordination. The intensity is high, but the movement remains controlled, making Climb a powerful workout that feels challenging without being hard on your body.

Combo blends Megaformer strength work with VersaClimber cardio to deliver a balanced, full-body workout that builds both strength and endurance.
You’ll move through blocks on each machine to maximize strength, cardiovascular conditioning, and total-body engagement within a single class.
Each class is intentionally structured to deliver an effective, efficient total-body workout while prioritizing the unique benefits of each method.

Pilates
Strengthen, tone, and connect in this 50-minute contemporary reformer class. Using modern Pilates techniques, you’ll focus on deep core engagement, controlled, low-impact movement, and full-body sculpting. Through precise, intentional exercises, you’ll build strength from the inside out while improving posture, stability, and body awareness.
The body awareness you cultivate in class translates to improved movement patterns and stronger, more supported movement in everyday life and sport. Breath, alignment, and quality of movement are emphasized throughout, supporting lasting strength and empowered movement.

Mega + Tread
Mega + Tread is a full-body workout that blends controlled Megaformer strength work with intentional treadmill intervals on our Woodway® Mercury Treadmills, one of the best treadmills on the market. You’ll alternate between slow, resistance-based movements and guided cardio efforts that build power, endurance, and speed.
This class is designed to challenge runners, power walkers, and anyone looking to improve overall fitness, while prioritizing smart mechanics, clear instruction, and sustainable progress.
We recommend taking our Megaformer class first to get familiar with the machine and method, as Mega + Tread moves at a quicker pace.

Anyone who wants a higher energy class that combines strength and cardio and is comfortable moving at a faster pace while still prioritizing smart, joint-friendly movement.

The instructors are concerned with safety and your health and well-being. Nice addition to Magazine Street and so close to downtown you can take a break from work and then shower at Goodmoves, go back to work or head out for the evening.
