Studio Logistics

Yes! Grip socks are required for all Megaformer and Pilates Reformer classes. They’re essential for stability, and hygiene. If you forget yours, no worries! We have them available for purchase in-studio.

Absolutely. Our app is the easiest way to manage all things Good Moves. You can book classes, purchase packages, join challenges, and track your schedule all in one place.

Yes! Our Lower Garden District and Mandeville studios have fully stocked showers with shampoo, conditioner, and everything you need to refresh post-class.

We allow a five-minute grace period after class begins. If you’re cutting it close, please let us know.

If you arrive more than five minutes late, we won’t be able to admit you. Safety and class flow are our top priorities.

New clients must arrive before class begins.

You’re always welcome to call or text, but email is the most reliable way to reach us. Our inbox is monitored closely, so your message won’t be missed.

Booking, Waitlists & Cancellations

Yes! They definitely move.

If a spot opens up, the first person on the waitlist is automatically added up to two hours before class and will receive an email notification.

If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid penalties.
• Package clients must cancel at least 12 hours before class.
• Unlimited members must cancel at least 8 hours before class.

All cancellations must be made through the app or your online account (not by text, email, or voicemail).

To remain fair to instructors and fellow clients, fees cannot be waived.

Absolutely. All members enjoy access to state-of-the-art equipment, certified instructors, and small class sizes across our studios.

• 3-week booking window (vs. 2 weeks for package holders)
• 8-hour cancellation window (vs. 12 hours)

Yes. Memberships may be frozen once per calendar year for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 60 days. A 14-day notice is required to process the freeze.

Packages are not extendable. Once the expiration date passes, any unused classes are forfeited. We recommend planning ahead so you can get the most out of your purchase.

Yes, we do! You can purchase a gift certificate HERE or at any of our studio locations. It’s the perfect way to share the burn.

Private Sessions

Yes. Private sessions are perfect if you’d like extra time learning the method, need modifications for an injury, or simply prefer one-on-one training. We’re happy to customize your experience, that’s why we’re here!
