Megaformer

Our 50 minute class on the Megaformer. Shake and sweat as we push and pull with and against spring tension. Here at Good Moves we stick to the method. Expect authentic Lagree exercises performed as the technique intended with appropriate duration, slow tempo, effective sequencing, and proper cueing.

MEGA + TREAD

Get ready to sweat, push your limits, and feel the burn in Mega + Tread! Start on the Megaformer or treadmill for a full-body challenge. On the Megaformer, build power with weights, bands, and cardio bursts. On the treadmill, crush interval sprints at your pace—power walker, jogger, or runner. This high-energy class combines strength and cardio to make you stronger, more toned, and unstoppable.

*We recommend taking our classic Megaformer class first to get familiar with the machine and method, as this class moves faster.

CLIMB

Our 30 minute class on the Versaclimber. Cardio, but make it efficient (and effective). Climb hundreds of vertical feet to the rhythm. With climbing expect a total body, high-intensity, and low-impact workout utilizing a movement pattern innate to the human body.

COMBO

Sweat and strengthen all in one session— with 15 minutes on the Versaclimber to boost your cardio and endurance and 30 minutes on the Megaformer to sculpt and tone your entire body. It’s the perfect combination to challenge your limits and build lean muscle!
