Megaformer

Our 50 minute class on the Megaformer. Shake and sweat as we push and pull with and against spring tension. Here at Good Moves we stick to the method. Expect authentic Lagree exercises performed as the technique intended with appropriate duration, slow tempo, effective sequencing, and proper cueing.

Stride

Not your average walk in the park! Our tread classes are broken up into two blocks: one on the tread and one on the Megaformer. Focused on strengthening the posterior chain, expect to target the glutes and hamstrings as you get the heart pumping walking uphill on our state-of-the-art Woodway treadmills.

Sprint

Speed. Tempo. Ladders. We train and we tone. Our tread classes are broken up into two blocks: one on the tread and one on the Megaformer. Improve your runs with programming specifically designed for endurance, quick speed, or intervals. Then strengthen specific muscle groups on the Megaformer.

Pilates

Contemporary. Athletic. Our 50 minute class on the Pilates reformer. Expect a total body workout, aligning with the foundations of Pilates. We work in all planes of motion, move the spine in all directions, and strengthen in all relationships to gravity.
