The benefits of our studio are exceptional! You’ll have access to state-of-the-art equipment not found in your typical gym, work with certified instructors, and enjoy small class sizes across two studios.
Our unlimited membership takes it a step further with exclusive perks: a 3-week booking window (vs. 2 weeks for package members), an 8-hour cancellation window (vs. 12 hours for package members), 1 free guest pass per month, 10% off merchandise, and 10% off at Birdy’s and The Bower. We’re here to provide you with an elevated fitness experience!
-
Grab your grip socks, running shoes (for Mega+Tread, Climb, and Combo classes), and some water to keep you hydrated! Don’t have grip socks? No worries—we’ve got you covered at the studio!
-
All new clients (whether you're new to the modality or not) must arrive 10 minutes before class to meet the instructor, grab your grip socks, review the machine, and go over any injuries or modifications. For safety reasons, we can’t allow anyone to enter the studio at or after class time—no exceptions!
-
We’ve got a five-minute grace period after class starts, so if you're running behind, just give us a heads-up! But if you’re more than five minutes late, we won’t be able to let you in—safety first and we gotta respect the instructor and other clients. New clients, be sure to arrive before class begins—we can’t let you in after the start time (we promise, it’s for your own good)!
-
Please leave your phone in the locker or cubby—no cell phone use on the machines, please! Videoing in class is a no-go to respect the privacy of our instructors and fellow clients. Don’t worry, though—you’ll have plenty of time for a selfie after class (we totally encourage it)!
-
Package clients must cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid losing a class credit. Unlimited members must cancel 8 hours in advance to avoid a $15 late cancellation fee. No-shows will incur a $30 fee. Late cancellations or no-shows by package members will result in losing the class credit.
We understand that extenuating circumstances such as emergencies or illness can arise, but to ensure fairness to both our instructors and other clients, we are unable to waive fees for these situations. Thank you for your understanding.

The first client on the waitlist will be automatically added if a spot opens up up to two hours before class, with email notification. Clients are responsible for removing themselves from the waitlist if they can't attend to avoid penalties. Package clients must cancel within 12 hours, and unlimited members within 8 hours to avoid a late cancel fee.
If you're on the waitlist overnight and don’t plan to attend, we recommend removing yourself to avoid penalties.
Cancellations can only be made through the Good Moves app or online account, not via email, text, or voicemail.

Yes! All of our classes are pregnancy-friendly, though we always recommend checking with your doctor first. While it’s usually not advised to try a new workout while expecting, clients who have been regularly attending classes often receive the green light to continue.
Our instructors are trained to offer modifications for every trimester, so just let them know before class and they’ll tailor the workout to suit you!
-
Unfortunately, we do not extend packages. Once the expiration date passes, any unused classes will be forfeited. We recommend planning your classes accordingly to make the most of your package!
-
Nope! After your initial commitment, your membership will automatically renew month-to-month at the awesome discounted rate you got. If you need to cancel after that, just give us a 30-day heads-up!
-
All monthly unlimited contract cancellations require a 30-day notice via email to info@goodmovesla.com. Notices through direct message or voicemail are not valid. The 30-day notice typically results in one final billing date after cancellation, with full access to the membership until the end of that term.
Clients canceling before their commitment period ends will be charged for the remainder of the commitment and retain access for that duration.
For more information, review the contract signed when you started your membership or send us an email!

Yes! No need to worry if you're on the waitlist—spots can open up up to two hours before class, so your chances of getting in are pretty high!
