  • Grip socks, running shoes (for a tread class) and water. We do have grip socks for sale at the studio!

  • You have up to 12 hours before a class to cancel. Canceling within the 12 hour window of class will result in a full charge/loss of credit for your reservation if you have a package or a $15 charge if you have an unlimited membership. There is a $30 “no show’ charge for unlimited members.

  • If a spot opens up, the first client on the waitlist will be automatically added into the class up to two hours before it starts. If you can’t make it, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid any penalties. Remember, you must cancel any reservation at least 12 hours before the class to avoid a late cancel fee.

  • Your membership starts immediately upon acceptance and following the initial commitment renews monthly unless canceled with 30 days' notice via email to info@goodmovesla.com. Notice via direct message or voicemail is not accepted. The 30-day notice will usually result in one final billing cycle, and you will retain membership access until the end of this period. Early cancellations will incur charges for the remaining commitment period.

  • Yes! If you are temporarily unable to use the Good Moves studio, you may request a freeze of your membership for a minimum of 30 days or a maximum of 60 days, one time per calendar year.

  • Yes! Students can receive 15% off of any unlimited membership. Teachers, Healthcare workers and American Heroes can receive 10% off of any unlimited membership as well!

  • Yes! All of our classes can be taken while pregnant, although we always suggest consulting with your doctor beforehand. Typically, it is not recommended that you try a NEW workout if you’re expecting, however clients who have been regularly attending classes are usually given the o.k. to continue doing so. Our instructors are trained to provide modifications to clients who are expecting in any trimester, so please be sure to let them know before class so they can customize your workout.

  • Stride is an incline walking class, but it is not your average walk in the park! During this incline walking class, expect big hills and quick speeds. Sprint is designed to improve your runs, with programming specifically focused on endurance, quick speed, or intervals. Tread classes are broken up into two blocks: 24 minutes on the tread and 24 minutes on the Megaformer.

  • No! We have three different tread programs: tempo (endurance), ladder (intervals), and speed!

  • Nope! All cues are related to your perceived exertion, not speed. You can power walk a sprint class, no problem!
